At UltimoJackets.com we look forward to serving our customers with the best we can. But at times there are circumstances which may result in wrong purchases. And for these very reasons customers need to return the products to us.
If you receive a defected or damaged item, kindly let us know within 48-hours. We will ship out the replacement product free of charge and will compensate you for the return shipping charges or provide a pre-paid return label.
We offer you (as our customers), returns of the fashion clothing purchased through our site without any question asked. But this needs understanding some policies so that it will not be a stressful deal for either of us. First of all, we request our customers to choose the best size for themselves that completely matches your figure and body make. This will avoid 90% of the returns that are due to the wrong selection of the sizes.

First of all the returns of the goods will only be accepted within 14 days, after you had received them. This period is extended up to 21 days during Christmas and holiday season from Dec 1st until Jan 10th.
The items you are returning must be returned in the exact condition as it was at the time of delivery. This means the original packaging, tags, etc. should be maintained and the product should be sent back unused. In case of faulty items we will pay for the exchange while in case of exchange for size or other reasons other than the item being faulty and not as described, buyers will pay for both-way shipping.
In all other cases, exchange will be applicable and the customer should bear the minimum charge of $32 if residing in the US/Canada. For others who are nonresidents of the US/Canada, it may increase up to $40 to $60. In either case, these charges may vary depending upon the weight of the item.
The replacement shipping is NOT free, even if the shipping is FREE for the first time, because we pay for the shipping from our pockets and it is actually NOT free for us.
Postage and packaging charges are not refundable for items not liked, wrong size selection, or 'change my mind' reasons.
Exchange of the product may be affected and is subjected to the availability of stock. The customer has to wait till we get our next shipment, in case if the same product is out of stock. Also, the items specially ordered cannot be returned or exchanged.

Custom-made items are made exclusively on buyers ' given body measurements and hence are nonreturnable, nonrefundable as they cannot be sold again.
Please check your measurements multiple times before ordering a custom product from us. Custom Made jackets, Be-Spoke Made to measure jackets (that are exclusively made on customer's measurements on demand) are non-returnable/refundable as they cannot be sold again.
